who is joey “toto” tortora

It all started when…

i discovered crossfit in 2012. spinning my wheels at the gym was getting boring and i was searching for something more. a college roommate of mine found a crossfit gym near us and like most people, we were hooked after the first class.

fast forward 2 years and i had qualified for my first regional competition and began coaching at the same gym i started at. for the next 5 years, i would coach at crossfit grandview in columbus, ohio where i accumulated over 5000 hours of coaching group classes and 1-on-1 sessions. during that time, i would continue my competition career and qualify for 5 consecutive regionals, win the granite games team competition 3 consecutive years, and compete at 2 crossfit games as a team.

now i find myself in philadelphia after my wife and i moved here for her job. with more time on my hands, i’m looking forward to expanding my business, hopefully with you. please reach out with any questions you may have!
